Basic Requirements to Drape a Saree

A saree is a South Asian women’s garment that consists of a drape varying from five to nine yards (4.57 meters to 8.23 meters) in length and two to four feet (60 cm to 1.20 m) in breadth that is typically wrapped around the waist, with one end draped over the shoulder, baring the midriff.
The saree is usually worn over a petticoat or lehenga with a fitted upper garment like a blouse or choli. The blouse has short sleeves and is usually cropped at the midriff. The saree is widely used as a symbol of Indian, Pakistani, Nepalese, Bangladeshi and Sri Lankan culture.
The basic requirements to drape saree:

2. Blouse or choli:
Blouse or choli is the essential need for saree, top wear which is almost like a crop top but in well fitting. If you need ready-made stylish latest blouse, at first check our blouse collection then collect blouse on the shop and check the blouse measurement and size.
Worn as bottom wear in a long inner skirt serving to carry the drape firmly. You can also buy a matching petticoat with purchasing any saree.
Undergarments is the basic needs to wear a blouse or petticoat. A well lifted bust is the quickest trick to make you look slimmer and your blouse or choli hang better. Undergarments like bra, panty, fashionable lingerie etc.
Tips to remember before draping Saree:
- Always wear your petticoat firmly at the waist, so that the saree is tucked in properly without falling off.
- Always put on heals, or any footwear you desire to wear along the saree, before you start draping up, as this brings the perfect length draped around the body.
- Use safety pins or clips to pin up pleats and sections where the drape is required to be fixed.
